Todoist AI Assistant — Todoist's AI helper that breaks down vague goals into concrete tasks with due dates. Breaks down vague goals into specific, actionable tasks with suggested due dates.
About Todoist AI Assistant
Todoist AI Assistant is an AI productivity feature that breaks vague goals down into specific, actionable tasks with suggested due dates.
Its edge is that it lives inside Todoist's existing apps rather than being a separate tool, so the task breakdown drops straight into your normal workflow across web, macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
It suits existing Todoist users who want help turning fuzzy intentions into a concrete task list. It is less useful if you work outside Todoist, since it stays inside that task-management context and does not reach external apps. Pricing is freemium: basic breakdown is on the free tier, but free users hit monthly limits on AI generations, and full access to advanced features still needs a paid Pro or Business plan.
Compared with standalone AI planners, this is an add-on to a task manager you already use, not a tool you adopt on its own.
