About BrainFeed
BrainFeed turns content from across the web into short, swipeable cards for the 3-5 minute gaps you already have. You describe what you want to learn, such as 'I'm a med student trying to understand economics', or pick topics, and BrainFeed uses AI to pull from verified newsletters, blogs and research and distil the useful parts into cards. Goals let you aim part of the feed at one subject, set to Light, Balanced or Focused.
You can also feed it your own material: paste any URL to get an article's key ideas as a short card thread, drop a YouTube link to get a video's insights without watching, upload books, papers or reports as a PDF backlog, or text a thought, question or topic over SMS and other channels. As you scroll, BrainFeed adjusts the feed to how long you spend on each card, what you dive into and what you skip.
Double-tapping a card turns it into a star in your Star Field; the star dims as your memory fades, and answering one question heals it. The privacy policy says BrainFeed applies spaced repetition so content resurfaces at the right time, and the support page says harder topics come back for review sooner and easier ones wait longer, with short quiz cards appearing inside the feed after you explore a topic in depth.
The iPhone app is on the App Store. Android is in an early-access tester program: you join a Google group with the Google account on your phone, then become a tester and install BrainFeed from Google Play, after which updates arrive automatically.
