About Supernormal
Supernormal is a meeting-notes generator that joins your calls, transcribes them, and writes shareable recaps automatically.
It joins scheduled video calls on its own to record and transcribe, then produces AI-written recaps you can share via a link. It integrates with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and connects to Google Calendar and Outlook to auto-join meetings without manual setup.
It fits teams that want hands-off note-taking across the main video platforms, and it is described as beginner-friendly. The free tier caps meetings or transcription minutes per month, and there is no dedicated desktop or mobile app, so it is web-only. Recap quality also depends on the underlying AI model and can vary by language and audio quality.
Among AI meeting-notes tools, Supernormal runs as an auto-joining web service tied to calendar integrations rather than a browser extension or installed app.
